Harassment Free Workplace

It has been reported to the Officers of Local 1347 IBEW that our members

may have engaged in activities and actions against another Local 1347

member(s) in violation of the company’s working environment policy on



Under such policy, any such actions by our members may subject the

member(s) to appropriate disciplinary action, including discharge.


Local 1347 IBEW opposes any form of harassment or discrimination and

reminds any member who believes he/she is being harassed or witnesses

such actions to immediately report such actions to his/her supervisor or

department head.


Please be reminded that it is the right of each and every member to be able

to work in a harassment free workplace.
