I have at long last received the signed contract and associated letters
from the company on August 14, 2006. Our negotiating Committee
met last Friday to review the contract language sent to us by the
company. After reviewing the submitted language our Committee did
find errors in this paperwork. I am in the process of writing a letter to
the company about these errors that were found in their paperwork.
This is part of the process and I hope this matter will be resolved
quickly. I am posting the letters from the negotiations to this page as
they are correct and what the Membership approved on April 12, 2006.

I did received another signed contract from the company, after the
reviewing this copy the committee feels that all is in order with the
language. It is now signed by both parties. The letters above and
now the actual contract language below are memorialize in print.
Please use this site for any questions regarding the current contract
until the company prints the new books. I hope it doesn't take them
as long to print the books as it took to get accurate contract language
from negotiations. Please keep in mind that just because we had no
signed contract until now didn't imply that we didn't have 2006 - 2009
agreement with the company. We have had an agreement since the
membership ratified the CBA in April of last year.
